Welcome to Stado Payroll (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website stadopayroll.com, mobile app, dashboard, and all related HRMS and payroll services (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Stado Payroll website, admin panel, mobile app, and all related tools.
- “User” / “You” includes employers, administrators, employees, agents, or anyone accessing the Platform.
- “Account” refers to the registered profile created on Stado Payroll.
- “Content” refers to data, files, text, or materials uploaded or generated through the Platform.
- “Subscription” means the paid plan purchased to access premium features.
2. Eligibility
To use Stado Payroll, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
When creating an account:
- You must provide true, complete, and updated details
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Any actions taken under your account are deemed authorized by you
- You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Stado Payroll only for lawful HRMS and payroll-related activities. You must NOT:
- Misuse features for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful data
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the Platform
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers or source code
- Interfere with network security or performance
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
We may monitor usage to ensure platform integrity.
5. Data Ownership & User Content
5.1 Your Data
All employee records, attendance logs, payroll data, or files uploaded by you remain your property.
Stado Payroll does not claim ownership over user-uploaded content.
5.2 License to Operate
You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for providing the Services, such as:
- Generating payroll
- Running attendance analytics
- Managing employee profiles
- Processing locations or GPS data (when enabled)
We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Subscription, Payments & Refunds
6.1 Subscription Billing
Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Prices may vary based on:
- User count
- Features required
- Add-on modules
- Storage or admin tools
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are collected via secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- You agree to provide accurate billing information.
6.3 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or under an approved special case.
6.4 Failed Payments
Failure to complete renewal may result in:
- Feature restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Loss of access to certain modules
7. Wallet & Recharge Policy
If your organization uses the Stado Payroll wallet:
- Wallet balance is non-transferable
- Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Wallet deductions apply to campaigns, services, or assigned modules
- Cashback, if any, follows specific promotional rules
8. Employee Data Consent
Employers must ensure they have proper consent from employees before uploading:
- Attendance logs
- Salary structures
- Location/GPS data
- Personal information
- Shift schedules
Stado Payroll is not liable for lack of employer-side consent.
9. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party tools such as:
- Razorpay (payments)
- SMS/WhatsApp APIs
- Cloud hosting services
- Analytics & crash monitoring tools
Your data may be processed by these providers strictly for service continuity.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property including:
- Software
- Source code
- UI/UX
- Logos, branding, and content
- Algorithms, modules, and HRMS architecture
belongs to Stado Payroll.
Copying, replicating, reselling, or distributing any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, financial, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
- You are responsible for verifying payroll calculations before final payouts.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the preceding 6 months.
12. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment is overdue
- Fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is detected
- Required by law enforcement
Upon termination, your data may be retained for compliance but access will be restricted.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle data.
You must review the Privacy Policy separately.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.
15. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes become effective once posted on the website. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance.
